Will you work with my design company?

Most certainly. Although we have talented and creative designers of our own, their main focus is on the design and structure of your exhibit. We almost always work closely with our clients' designers on the graphic design - the artwork and messages - for your exhibit. On occasion, when clients want us to handle those elements as well, we bring in graphic designers and writers whose reputations we trust to give the best expression to your core messages.

How much time should I allow to have my exhibit or display designed and built?

As with many things in life, the more time you can allow, the better. For a major exhibit or display, you should begin planning and designing it at least 6 months before your show. For smaller displays, it's wise to allow 8 to 12 weeks, although we have done the job in much less time.

Who will set-up my exhibit?

Most of our clients find it easy to set up small or medium sized modular displays. For more elaborate displays, or for custom-made exhibits, we can direct you to reliable, local experts, including unionized teamsters, carpenters and electricians - so your installation will be without labor hassles.

Can you help us even if we already have our own exhibit or display?

Yes. We can tweak your display or completely refinish and enhance it with lighting, custom graphics, signage and other accessories to make it stand out even more. Plus, we provide storage and shipping services, and professional maintenance to make sure your display is in perfect condition for your next trade show.

Can you offer advice regarding different shows, my show manual, or even my booth space?

We routinely provide those services to our clients as part of our Total Exhibit Management service. You can draw on our extensive trade show experience to guide you in selecting the right shows, training your employees to man your booth, or finding experienced temporary workers. We can examine the floor plan of your show and tell you what the prime locations are. We also have an easy-to-read booklet, written by an expert, which outlines all the key elements in creating a successful trade show experience.

My shipping company lost my display and I need help in a hurry. What should I do?
